Air Tube Quick Cure!
If you think your air tube is leaking please try and tighten the valve before returning the product to us. Have a look at the video available on Youtube to demonstrate how to tighten your AirFrame Valves. If you require the tool to tighten the valve please get in touch and we can send you one.
If you think the tube is faulty then you need to get in touch with us and we can sort this issue out for you. The document below demonstrates the number and code allocation of all the tubes in our products, we need you to have a look at the correct page for your product and specify which tube you believe to be faulty.
