If you wish to return your order, it must be returned within 14 days from receipt and items must be unused and still have their original tags and undamaged packaging.
Return method
**Please note there will be a £15.00 surcharge, which will be deducted off your refund for any returns weighing over 15kg
For items under 15kg, to return your order, please contact [email protected] and we will send you a returns label. Please then follow the below instructions
- Carefully pack and bring your item to any collect+ store and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
- To find your local drop off point visit https://www.collectplus.co.uk/find-a-store
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
- For items Over 15kg, to return your order, please email [email protected] quoting your order reference number (found on your delivery note) with suitable collection dates and pick up address, (including postcode) and we will arrange the collection on your behalf. You will receive an email notification of the confirmed collection date
- Pack the items securely, in their original unspoilt packaging ready to be collected
